If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of purchase and we will provide you with a full refund. Restrictions apply to t-shirts!
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees of 2.75% of total order. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. Return shipping costs will only be refunded if item was incorrect or defective.
Items on SALE will only get a store credit if returned.
Items on Clearance can not be returned or exchanged.

T-SHIRT RETURN POLICY - Why we do not except returns?
We are the only high end fashion brand that allows our customers to choose a design they really like and be able to put it on one of our tanks, vnecks, dolmans, and crop tops in many different sizes, colors, and foil options. This means we have to custom print that design specifically to the customers requests. Because we run our own printing production in house it allows us to do this method where many other brands need to order in bulk making it not cost effective or possible. We felt other brands were limiting the options of designs to one specific t-shirt style.
EX: You may love the t-shirt design, but you wish it was offered on a white v-neck, but a brand only sells it in a black tank. With us you can get your favorite designs on both tanks and vnecks and in many instances both colors! Because we Custom print the shirts for your specific size, color, and style. If it is returned it makes it very hard to resell as it was specific to your needs. For that reason we only can provide store credit.
REFUND & PROCESSING TIME
If your package arrives at Sewn Still within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Sewn Still.

During the Holiday season (Nov. 15th - Dec 25th), we will accept your return after 14 days so long as it is received by January 6th.

All garments come with care instructions specific to the item. Please follow the label's care recommendation. Sewn Still is not liable for items damaged due to improper care.
NOTE: Our basics that are 50% Modal / 50% Cotton will fade in the wash over time. We use high quality water based inks that adhere to natural materials like cotton, but not the modal. To lengthen the quality of our blends we add an image armor DTG pretreatment to increase wash-ability, vibrancy, and detail. Full Color Printed Apparel will never look as good as the day you first purchase. We want to show a high quality printed product in stores as well as kept with this blend of fabric on all our basics because everyone loves the fit and the soft silk like feel. We will be coming out with 100% cotton apparel in the near future which will hold color longer and pop more. The wear life of the t-shirt itself is standard and will last longer based off use and care.
Foil: We use environmentally friendly foil adhesives on all our foil printed designs. For best durability of the foil after it is applied, it is recommended that the garment be hand washed or machine washed (delicate cycle) inside out and line or air dried. Do not use bleach. Do not iron printed area.
Unfortunately we do not receive additional notions for garments (i.e. buttons, zippers, hooks, belts, etc.). We are unable to provide these items if they are lost or damaged.
If you select and pay to have your purchase gift-boxed, we will wrap your items in tissue and place them in a structured, matte black box featuring our signature black ribbon. If you choose to include a gift message, your message will be printed on a card and included with the box. The recipient will receive a gift receipt with the RMA form.
